Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Big City Readers collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit BigCityReaders.com, purchase a course or resource, or otherwise interact with our site (the "Site").

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, including granting access to purchased courses, processing payment, and providing order confirmations and receipts. We also use Order Information to:
Communicate with you about your course access, workshops, or account;
Screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information about our courses, workshops, or other resources.
We use Device Information to help screen for potential risk and fraud, and to improve and optimize the Site, including generating analytics about how visitors browse our blog and course pages and assessing the performance of our marketing efforts.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with select third parties to help us operate the Site and deliver our courses and resources to you. We use ThriveCart to process orders and payments, so when you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and handled directly by ThriveCart. We also use course hosting platforms and email service providers to deliver your course access and communicate with you.

CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a Raptive (“Raptive”) is a service provider of this Site for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and Raptive will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. Big City Readers courses and resources are designed for children to use together with a parent, guardian, or educator, but the Site itself is intended for use by adults who register for and purchase our courses and resources. Your Rights

When you place an order through the Site, we maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
